Auction is Dealey PTA's largest fundraising initiative for the year. This event brings together over 250+ attendees to support our school. All contributions help fund improvements to the school, teacher/staff training, classroom materials, field trips, and much more. The Auction is a fun way to spend an evening socializing with other members of the Dealey community. We invite everyone to join us for dinner, dancing, and bidding. The Auction consists of a Live Auction and a Silent Auction. The Live Auction will occur at the event. Auction guests will receive a bid card at check-in for participation in the Live Auction.
All bidding for the silent auction will be done digitally via Paybee, our fundraising platform. You can access Paybee from the web or via their app. In the days before the event, you will receive text and email messages with instructions on how to bid using your mobile device.

Early bird ticket sales have begun and end on Feb. 2nd, 2024. Early bird individual tickets are $75 per person. Early bird sales end on Feb. 2nd. Tickets sold after Feb. 2nd will cost $85 per person. All tickets include a seated dinner, 2 bar tickets, and free parking. Purchase your tickets HERE.
Want to sit in a premium location? Want to choose the guests at your table? Want to enjoy 2 extra drink tickets per guest? Then a RESERVED TABLE is perfect for you!! Table sponsorship is $1000 ($100 per person as each table seats 10) and includes 2 extra drink tickets (for a total of 4 drink tickets) per person. Purchase a table sponsorship HERE.
We invite all attendees to purchase a "Sponsor a Teacher" ticket for a teacher/staff in addition to their ticket. We want to make sure that any teacher/staff member that would like to attend this fantastic event will have the opportunity to do so at no cost.
