Auction

Auction is Dealey PTA's largest fundraising initiative for the year. This event brings together over 250+ attendees to support our school.  All contributions help fund improvements to the school, teacher/staff training, classroom materials, field trips, and much more. The Auction is a fun way to spend an evening socializing with other members of the Dealey community. We invite everyone to join us for dinner, dancing, and bidding. LET'S MAKE THIS OUR BEST AUCTION YET!

The Auction consists of a Live Auction and a Silent Auction. The Live Auction will occur at the event.  Auction guests will receive a bid card at check-in for participation in the Live Auction.

All bidding for the silent auction will be done digitally via Paybee, our fundraising platform. You can access Paybee from the web or via their app.  In the days before the event, you will receive text and email messages with instructions on how to bid using your mobile device.

Early bird ticket sales will begin in January so look out for information on this website and in the Dragon Dispatch. All tickets include a seated dinner, 2 bar tickets, and free parking. 

Want to sit in a premium location? Want to choose the guests at your table? Want to enjoy 2 extra drink tickets per guest? Then a RESERVED TABLE is perfect for you!! Table sponsorship is $1000 ($100 per person as each table seats 10) and includes 2 extra drink tickets (for a total of 4 drink tickets) per person. 

We encourage all attendees to ask a teacher/staff member if they would like to attend auction and if so purchase them a "Sponsor a Teacher" ticket. We want to make sure that any teacher/staff member that would like to attend this fantastic event will have the opportunity to do so at no cost. 

Dealey PTA's largest fundraiser would not be possible without sponsorship donations from businesses and/or community members. See our sponsorship opportunities below and consider contributing as an event sponsor, or help us find event sponsors in our community.  Ask your employers to be a part of our fantastic event as a sponsor. Auction sponsorships are critical to our success, and here's why: the more sponsorship dollars we bring in, the more dollars we are able to give back to the school for the next calendar year. You can come as dressy or as casual as you would like.  You can dress for the theme or not. Our goal is for everyone to dress to their personal comfort level so they can enjoy the night to the fullest.
